She has spent more than a decade working with clients to embody mental wellness in their everyday lives and to engage boldly with the world.
As a cultivator of unconditional self-worth, Dr. Adia firmly believes that our worth has nothing to do with perfection and everything to do with the fact that our humanity makes us worthy. As a speaker and trainer, she has shared this truth with hundreds of individuals through workshops and employee training sessions.

Guy Macpherson, PhD, is a husband, a father of two, and holds a doctorate in clinical psychology. He has spent the last several years studying the impact and treatment of trauma, and early psychosis. In 2014, while working at a clinic in Northern California, assessing and treating young individuals with early psychosis, Guy founded The Trauma Therapist Project with the goals of raising the awareness of trauma and creating an educational and supportive community for new trauma workers.

John Rizzo

John Rizzo is an entrepreneur with 2 passions: IT and teaching.
He started programming at 12 and has taken many IT roles in countless projects, often Java- oriented, in the public, financial and HR sectors.
Since he started teaching at 16, he has helped thousands of 6 to 66-year-old professionals to increase their skills. He turned many companies from IT course consumers, into visionary result driven skills promoters. He has also transformed public schools with similar recipes.
John describes himself as a Schools Transformer. At the Ecole du Dialogue School in Brussels, he has created an EU ‘disruptive lab’ hosting 30 pupils from 3 to 18 years old. Teachers from other schools get immersive training. Schools from Greece, Italy, Norway and Switzerland are also getting involved.

Mackenzie Hawkins is founder of Learning the Mind, which teaches a curriculum of self-discovery and life skills for families. She is also co-author of Way of Now: Nowflow for Meditation, Peak Performance, and Daily Life with Dr. Wonchull Park.
Mackenzie teaches tai chi and meditation at Princeton University, where she received her degree in history of science and philosophy in 2015.

Clare Forder

Dr. Clare Forder is a lecturer at Brighton Business School, leading their new Foundation Year programmes and an employability-focused module for final year students. She also works on a range of student engagement initiatives, including leading projects designed to help close the degree awarding gap amongst BME students. 
She maintains an active research profile covering areas of employability and engagement. Her most recently published work focuses on pre-professional identity and alumni as role models. Work in progress centres on the use of LinkedIn as a valuable tool for undergraduates. She is also interested in nudge theory.
She previously worked for nine years as Project Manager/Acting Director for Routes into Languages South, managing multiple complex projects and an extensive budget.
She was awarded her Professional Doctorate in Education (EdD) in 2015, with a thesis focusing on student voice, motivation and agency in the foreign languages classroom. She is an excellent qualitative researcher practised in focus group moderation, in-depth interviewing and case studies.

Midgie Thompson is an author, trainer and coach in the area of creativity and personal performance. She lectures at the University of Brighton (Brighton, UK) and EDHEC (Nice, France) in the area of creativity and innovation and is passionate about helping students be the best they can be. 
As a professional coach, Midgie aims to help students boost their self-worth in their own abilities. Midgie has delivered corporate training courses related to creativity, innovation and performance including self-confidence, managing nerves and life-balance. 
Midgie draws on her experiences and knowledge from living and working in Canada, UK and France. She is also a keen athlete and has completed several swimming, biking and running events including a half-ironman triathlon.

Edyta received her first Master’s degree in Pedagogy, then worked as counselor and mentor at high school and social institutions (Emergency Youth Center, Orphanage, Second Chance School,) in Poland as well as an English teacher for private schools.
After emigrating to Belgium in 2001, she gained her second Masters in European Integration and Development from ‘Vrije Universiteit Brussel’ where she acquired knowledge on social dialogue and the decision-making process in the EU.
Edyta was deeply involved in organising and coordinating the study visits to European Institutions in Luxembourg and Brussels.
As an active member of AASC (Assembly of Agency Staff Committees) she co-coordinates the work of the European Assembly, also promoting wellbeing policies at work, career development and mobility.

Richard Ayling is a transformational coach, author and facilitator, with over thirteen years’ experience in training and personal development.
He was diagnosed with a lifelong autoimmune disease in 2006, which led him to study mindset and meditation to aid his recovery. In 2016 he became one of the first instructors trained by Wim Hof in breathwork and cold exposure disciplines.
In 2017 and after successfully overcoming his illness, he moved to Bali to develop his embodiment and coaching practices, and is now a certified Traditional Hatha Yoga teacher.
As an entrepreneur and former business owner, he now has over 30,000 hours of teaching and coaching experience, and teaches self-awareness practices for mindful and meaningful living around the world.
